Joseph Miranda is the editor of Strategy & Tactics, the leading wargame simulations and military history magazine. He has over 100 published war games to his credit, as well as being chief designer for two DARPA/USAF simulations projects. Joseph possesses master's degrees in Criminal Justice and in Political Science. He teaches university courses in terrorism, criminal justice and Middle Eastern conflict, as well as organizing and speaking at numerous professional military history and simulations seminars.
